Job summary

Zero-Max is seeking a Product Engineer to coordinate design, manufacture, process, and test components and systems. You will develop new products and modify pre-engineered products for customer applications, providing technical support across Sales, Marketing, Production, and Quality Control.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in engineering/design, strong CAD experience, GD&T expertise, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical degree with minimum 5 years of engineering and design experience.
• Experience with 3D modeling software.
• Experience with Statics & Strength of Materials.
• Practical experience with Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance (GD&T).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to communicate information effectively.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to new product development: create drawings with parts lists and manufacturing methods.
• Peer review engineering designs and documentation for prototypes.
• Perform design optimization studies and motion simulations.
• Develop test plans and testing for prototypes; support product launches.
• Maintain engineering data, drawings, specs, and change management.
