Job summary

The role supports process improvement, calibration/validation of equipment, and data collection for field use; involves creating part numbers, engineering change notices, and training documentation.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in engineering or related technical degree; 2+ years in technical/quality roles.
• Experience creating procedures, processes, and manufacturing fixtures.
• Experience in manufacturing and design; strong math and technical drawing skills.
• Excellent English communication; highly organized; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Design of new products and prototyping.
• Design, develop production processes, and document changes.
• Calibrate and validate equipment; collect data.
• Maintain part numbers, descriptions, and engineering change notices.
• Support quality improvements and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Manufacturing to ensure specs.
• Develop procedures and training materials.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
