Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications; CAD proficiency required.
• Strong analytical, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product designs, engineering changes, and process improvements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, drawings, specifications, and BOMs.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to support production and troubleshoot issues.
• Analyze product performance, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Support new product introductions from concept through production launch.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams on technical requirements.
• Conduct testing and validation to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in cost reduction, continuous improvement, and value engineering.
• Assist with project planning to meet deadlines and business objectives.
