Job summary

VIVA USA Inc. is seeking a Product Engineer to analyze assignments, define engineering specifications, and develop design solutions for moderate-scale projects. You will collaborate with other engineers, supply management, and suppliers to ensure cost, quality, and performance goals are met.

The role emphasizes using CAD tools, applying GD&T, and understanding electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for documenting decisions and supporting

Qualifications

Proficiency with CAD and engineering tools.
Strong understanding of engineering principles related to the product.
Ability to collaborate and drive consensus across multiple teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of GD&T and tolerance stack tools.
Ability to design and diagnose electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
Ability to learn and use workflow and PDM systems.

Responsibilities

Analyze assignments and determine engineering specifications for moderate projects.
Develop or evaluate design solutions to improve cost, quality and performance.
Document design decisions and prepare reports for prototypes and adoption.
Perform engineering calculations, collaborate on analysis and testing, and execute the design.
