Job summary

Albert Bow is partnering with a fast-growing AI infrastructure startup building developer tools used by engineering teams around the world. They’re looking for a Product Engineer who can work directly with users, identify real problems, and build solutions from concept to production.

You will design backend APIs with Python and FastAPI, collaborate across backend, frontend, infra, dashboards, and CLI tools, and own major features end-to-end in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Professional experience building production software.
• Experience with Python and backend development.
• Comfortable working across the stack when needed.
• Strong product intuition and customer-facing communication skills.
• High ownership and ability to operate in ambiguity.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch new product features end-to-end.
• Work directly with customers to understand pain points and validate solutions.
• Design backend APIs and services using Python and FastAPI.
• Work across backend, frontend, infrastructure, dashboards, and CLI tools.
• Prototype quickly and iterate based on user feedback.
• Collaborate closely with founders on product and technical decisions.
• Help define and build a new developer-focused product.
