Job summary

Tempo is seeking a seasoned full-stack engineer to help put the Tempo blockchain into the hands of real users. You will build internal and first-party applications on Tempo, and work directly with customers to integrate Tempo into their stablecoin flows.

You will partner with startups and enterprises, gaining exposure to a wide range of payments and crypto problems across customers. Expect to move between product development and deployments for customer environments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-stack engineering experience, including crypto exposure.
• Strong communication skills across technical and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Willingness and ability to travel within the US to work with partners.
• Track record of shipping mission-critical systems where safety and reliability matter.
• Ability to balance speed, pragmatism, and technical quality.

Job description

You’ll help put the Tempo blockchain in the hands of real users. That happens in two ways: building first-party products like Tempo Wallet, and working directly with customers to integrate Tempo into their stablecoin flows. You’ll work closely with production grade blockchain systems, money movement flows.

This role is a strong fit for a former founder, or someone who wants to start a company one day. You’ll get exposure to a wide range of business-critical payments and crypto problems across startups, mid-market companies, and enterprises. You’ll move between building products and deploying them inside customer environments, gaining a deep understanding of the full product, integration, and go-to-market cycle.
