Job summary

Minth North America is seeking a Product Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team in Wixom, Michigan. The ideal candidate will interface with customers and lead product design and development for body structures and battery housing projects. Responsibilities include using CAD tools for creating and modifying designs, ensuring manufacturability, and conducting feasibility checks on various engineering aspects.

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. The position offers a competitive compensation package, a modern office setting, and an international development platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in mechanical engineering or relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in automotive product design.
• Experience with aluminum or steel structure product design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead product design and development for body structures and battery housing projects.
• Create and modify 3D models and 2D drawings using CAD tools.
• Work with OEM technical teams to ensure product meets all customer specifications.
