The role requires 5+ years of frontend/backend experience with TypeScript and React, strong system design, and a proven ability to ship customer-loved products in a startup-like environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing user-facing software applications.
• Deep proficiency in modern frontend (TypeScript, React) and backend web services.
• Strong understanding of interactive, real-time web architectures.
• Independent contributor capable of navigating ambiguity and new domains.
• Experience leading technical direction of a product from early stages.
• Excellent cross-functional communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Startup or fast-moving environment experience with high autonomy.

Responsabilités

• Integrate with client systems (PACS, RIS, EHR) using DICOM/HL7 via VPN.
• Onboard new clients and tailor integrations to their systems.
• Develop internal apps to distribute cases, support radiologist reviews, and analytics.
• Identify process gaps, automate where possible, and mitigate risks.
• Lead medium-to-large projects with independent design decisions.
