The Product Engineer is responsible for the design, development, manufacturing support, and long term sustainment of high-voltage interconnects or energetic devices. This role owns products throughout their full lifecycle, ensuring compliance with customer specifications, MIL AERO standards, quality requirements, and manufacturing objectives. The Product Engineer partners cross functionally with design, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and customers to deliver reliable, producible, and cost-effective products while driving continuous improvement in performance, yield, and reliability.

Salary Range: $58,700.00-$78,300.000 The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
