Job summary

Conduct in New York City is seeking exceptional builders to design and ship AI-powered systems for the world’s largest enterprises. This is not a conventional engineering role: you’ll own end‑to‑end scope from research to deployment, solving hard problems with fast iteration and deep ownership.

You’ll work across frontend, backend, and AI routing layers, building with React, Kotlin, and enterprise-grade harnesses to deliver reliable, scalable software that ships to customers.

What you’ll own

Everything from inception to shipped product. You'll own the full lifecycle: requirements gathering, research, conceptualisation, experimentation, implementation, and iteration. The shape of that work will vary and depend on where you spike deep backend, forward-facing, genuinely full-stack - but the accountability never does.

You'll speak to customers, shape product direction, and ship things that matter to some of the biggest companies in the world.
