Conduct in New York is building its US presence from the ground up. You’ll run the office, organize events and help new hires settle in, often shaping first impressions and infrastructure.

You’ll own the on-site culture and operations, from facilities to team rituals, collaborating with our global ops team to scale quickly while keeping high standards and a welcoming environment.

• Making Conduct’s New York home today, from facilities, to team events, to helping find, design, and move into future offices
• Own culture on the ground in New York, from socials to team rituals, as part of our global ops team, making sure every office feels like one Conduct
• Build the operational backbone of our US business, partnering with our legal and finance teams to put the systems in place that let us scale fast
• Spot what's slowing the team down and build the fix

TL;DR: Be one of the first operators on the ground in New York. You'll work alongside a fast-growing New York team to build Conduct's US home from scratch, from the office and the culture to the events that put us on the map, and own whatever needs owning along the way. It's the closest seat you can get to building a generational company, at the moment it goes global.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

We’ve just opened our New York office and the US team is growing quickly. You’ll be one of the people making it work day to day: running the office, organizing events and helping new people settle in. A lot of it is being built for the first time, so you’ll work it out as you go. You might spend one week looking at new office spaces and the next hosting an event for engineers or getting a new hire set up. Much of the work happens behind the scenes, so we’re looking for someone who cares about getting the details right.
