Job summary

Siemens Industry Software Inc. in Mason, OH is seeking a qualified engineer to deliver front-line technical support for Accelerated VIP and SAVIP, addressing customer inquiries and troubleshooting to ensure timely resolutions.

You will gather customer feedback, prepare training materials for VIPs, and support customer-specific customization of Software-Aware Verification IP to align with setup and integration needs; telecommuting is permissible under policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field and 36 months of related experience.
• Experience with PCIe or CXL, UVM, SystemVerilog, Verilog or VHDL for RTL design and verification.
• Proficiency with scripting languages (Python, Perl, Bash, Makefiles) and RTL debugging.

Responsibilities

• Deliver front-line technical support for Accelerated VIP and SAVIP, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting to ensure timely resolution.
• Gather customer feedback during evaluation and support phases and present training materials.

Rate of Pay: The salary range for this position in Mason, OH is $109,800.00-$197,700.00 per year and this role may be eligible to earn incentive compensation. Duties: Deliver front-line technical support for Accelerated VIP and SAVIP by addressing customer inquiries and troubleshooting issues to ensure timely resolution. Gather customer feedback and insights during evaluation and support phases. Prepare and present training materials to support education for the designated VIPs. Support customer-specific customization requests for Software-Aware Verification IP to align with setup and integration needs.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field and 36 months of experience in the job offered or in a Product Engineer-related occupation

Position requires experience in the following:

• High-speed interface protocols such as PCIe or CXL (Compute Express Link).
• UVM and C-based verification methodologies.
• Working with industry-standard simulation, emulation, or prototyping EDA platforms.
• Design experience using SystemVerilog, Verilog, or VHDL.
• Debugging skills for RTL designs and simulation environments.
• Utilizing scripting languages such as Perl, Python, Bash, or Makefiles
