  • Create and maintain component and assembly drawings, design standards, specifications, and supporting system documentation using SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD software.
  • Build and maintain bills of material and routings within the company's ERP system, ensuring accuracy as products move into full production.
  • Plan and execute product validation and testing activities, including test setup, data collection, analysis, and documentation of results.
  • Conduct process capability studies and support first article inspection, PPAP, and related product qualification activities.

  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities that strengthen quality, yield, cost, and throughput.
  • Support application and customer technical questions in partnership with the sales team, with increasing involvement as the business and operations mature.
  • Document and share technical knowledge across engineering and operations to strengthen the capability of the broader team.
  • Ensure work meets applicable safety, regulatory, environmental, and quality standards.

  • Experience planning and executing product validation and testing, including analysis and documentation of results.
  • Familiarity with machining equipment, including multi-axis mills and lathes, and general manufacturing equipment.
  • CNC programming experience using 3D CAD/CAM software, including multi-axis applications, preferred.
  • Experience with sealed gas-charged assemblies, sealing systems, hydraulics, or pneumatics preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification preferred but not required.
