Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experience in our New York stores. You’ll engage guests, share product education, and speak authentically about our community and culture.

You’ll collaborate with teammates to maintain store operations, stock, and merchandising while greeting customers with inclusive, high-energy service. This role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to work in an environment with bright lights and loud music.
• Willing to move through a store for most of a shift to help guests.
• Willing to work as part of a team and also complete some work independently.
• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class guest experience by engaging with guests and understanding their needs.
• Build respectful, inclusive team relationships and collaborate to ensure optimal guest experience.
• Perform product presentation and restocking according to store standards and use in-store technology for operations.
• Assist with store standards, cleanliness, and safety policies to maintain a luxury environment.
