lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest service and product education in our New York retail stores. You will connect with guests, share product knowledge, and embody our community and culture.

The Educator role focuses on creating an engaging guest experience, collaborating with team members, and supporting store operations in a luxury environment. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
• Ability to move through a store and assist guests.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience in a manner that values guests’ time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
• Facilitate a seamless end-to-end guest experience by conducting accurate and timely guest transactions and executing omnichannel programs per standards.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to address issues.
