Responsibilities

• Own feature development end-to-end, including backend, frontend, and AI-driven workflows
• Convert customer feedback into rapid iterations and feature improvements
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and GTM teams
• Maintain high code quality with testing and reliability practices
• Navigate changing requirements with autonomy and prioritization
• Build scalable systems powering AI-driven customer engagement
