• Shape the Customer Product Experience
• Own user guide content and experience across Eudia's entire product offerings
• Turn complex workflows into clear, accessible guidance supported by screenshots, visual assets, and video walkthroughs
• Keep customer-facing resources aligned with each product release, giving customers accurate guidance when features evolve
• Partner directly with Product and Engineering to validate workflows before publication and uphold a consistent standard across the full user guide
• Equip Teams to Serve Customers Better
• Translate product capabilities and workflows into resources teams use in customer conversations
• Maintain accurate documentation as the platform evolves
• Identify information gaps and improve how product knowledge moves across Eudia
• Accelerate Product Adoption Alongside Engineering
• Work directly with engineers and product owners to have a clear, actionable backlog in Linear
