Product Director - State Public Sector Business Development - Remote

This role is responsible for developing and executing initiatives on Prime's product roadmap across the Commercial, Government Programs, or State Public Sector units. The focus is on understanding market problems, leading complex product development, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop standards and move from ideation to execution.

Responsibilities

• Shape commercial products for state public sector and Medicaid FFS business.
• Coordinate with the Product Review Committee to gather feedback and refine products, including pricing adjustments for Medicaid FFS.
• Manage the pipeline of products and collaborate with the sales team to drive sales.
• Align with implementation teams on goals and timelines to ensure smooth deployment.
• Present products to potential clients and collaborate with marketing and sales teams for effective promotion.
• Oversee multiple complex product initiatives from start to finish.
• Lead product ideation, design, feasibility assessments, and financial analysis.
• Conduct market assessments and develop pricing and launch strategies.
• Create and present product training and initiatives to senior management and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 8+ years of related experience, with at least 5 years in product development.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
