Job Overview

The Product Director will develop and execute initiatives on Prime's product roadmap across the Commercial, Government Programs, or State Public Sector units. Responsibilities include understanding market challenges, leading product development, collaborating across departments, and demonstrating product value to the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shape commercial products for state public sector and Medicaid FFS markets.
  • Lead product review processes with the account team and Product Review Committee.
  • Manage product pipelines and collaborate with sales to drive sales.
  • Coordinate with implementation teams for alignment on goals and timelines.
  • Engage externally with potential clients and present product portfolios.
  • Partner with sales, innovation, and marketing teams to promote products.
  • Oversee multiple complex product initiatives from conception to launch.
  • Lead market assessments, pricing strategies, and product launch planning.
  • Create training materials and present initiatives to senior management and clients.
Qualifications

Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, with 8+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in product development. Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Additional Skills: Autonomous work capability, cross-functional collaboration, excellent communication, project management, critical thinking, organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree, 3+ years in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM).

Physical & Security Requirements

Includes sitting, handling, reaching, lifting, and vision abilities. Must comply with security and legal policies.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary ranges from $108,000 to $184,000 depending on experience. Benefits details available on Prime's website.
