Product Director - State Public Sector Business Development - Remote

Overview

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Product Director to lead initiatives on its product roadmap across the Commercial, Government Programs, or State Public Sector business units. This role involves understanding market challenges, leading product development, and collaborating across departments to bring products from ideation to market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and shape commercial products for the state public sector and Medicaid FFS business.
  • Coordinate with the Product Review Committee and innovation team for product adjustments, including pricing revisions.
  • Manage product pipelines and collaborate with sales and implementation teams for successful product launches.
  • Present product portfolios to potential clients and partners, and support sales efforts.
  • Lead multiple complex product initiatives, including market analysis, pricing strategies, and product positioning.
  • Create marketing and training materials, and facilitate product training and presentations to clients and senior management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of relevant business experience, with at least 5 years in product development.
  • Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Compensation & Benefits
