Job Overview

The Product Director will develop and execute initiatives on Prime's product roadmap within the Commercial, Government Programs, or State Public Sector units. Responsibilities include understanding market challenges, leading complex product development, and collaborating across departments to standardize and implement products from conception to launch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and shape commercial products for the state public sector and Medicaid FFS markets.
  • Coordinate with the Product Review Committee to gather feedback and refine products, including pricing strategies.
  • Manage the product pipeline and collaborate with sales to drive product sales.
  • Maintain communication with the implementation team to align goals and timelines.
  • Work with product owners to incorporate market analysis and support sales efforts.
  • Present products to potential customers and clients, representing the portfolio externally.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and innovation teams to promote products.
  • Oversee multiple complex product initiatives, from ideation through financial analysis.
  • Conduct market assessments and develop pricing and launch strategies.
  • Create marketing materials and present initiatives to senior management.
  • Develop training materials and client presentations for pilots and product launches.
Qualifications

Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related; 8+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ in product development; US work eligibility.

Additional Skills: Autonomous work style, cross-functional collaboration, excellent communication, project management, critical thinking, organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office.

Preferred: Master's degree, 3+ years in Pharmacy Benefit Management.

Physical & Other Requirements

Standard office physical demands; ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally; vision requirements.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $108,000 - $184,000, based on experience. Benefits details available on our website.
