The Product Director will develop and execute initiatives on Prime's product roadmap within the Commercial, Government Programs, or State Public Sector units. Responsibilities include understanding market challenges, leading complex product development, and collaborating across departments to standardize and implement products from conception to launch.
Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related; 8+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ in product development; US work eligibility.
Additional Skills: Autonomous work style, cross-functional collaboration, excellent communication, project management, critical thinking, organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office.
Preferred: Master's degree, 3+ years in Pharmacy Benefit Management.
Standard office physical demands; ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally; vision requirements.
