Product Director - State Public Sector Business Development - Remote

This role is responsible for developing and executing initiatives on Prime's product roadmap across the Commercial, Government Programs, or State Public Sector strategic business units. Key responsibilities include understanding market problems, leading the development of complex products, and collaborating with various departments to standardize and implement these products.

Responsibilities

• Review and shape commercial products for state public sector and Medicaid FFS business.
• Coordinate with the Product Review Committee and product innovation team for product adjustments and pricing revisions.
• Manage product pipelines and collaborate with sales and implementation teams to ensure alignment and drive sales.
• Present products to clients and potential customers, and partner with marketing to develop product collateral.
• Lead multiple complex product initiatives from concept to launch, including market analysis, pricing strategies, and stakeholder presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; HS diploma or GED required.
• 8+ years of related business experience, with at least 5 years in product development.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications
