Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Product Director in Consumer & Community Banking Technology to lead innovation across platform products and features that delight customers. You will challenge traditional approaches and drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable financial solutions.

You will own the API Marketplace, partner onboarding, and customer success initiatives, guiding product lifecycle from ideation to GTM while mentoring the team to meet ambitious growth targets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience delivering products, projects or technology applications.
• Experience owning a self-service partner facing platform.
• Experience developing and executing Go-To-Market strategy for platform products.
• Experience in customer onboarding and product adoption with success metrics.
• Extensive knowledge of product life cycle, technical design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to influence discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
• Experience driving change and managing stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets.
• Develops, owns and operates partner facing API platform.
• Ensures seamless connectivity for external facing APIs.
• Leads the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by adapting, developing new products and methodologies, managing risks, and achieving targets.
• Coaches and mentors the product team on best practices, such as solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind-mapping, prototyping, adoption strategies, and delivery.
• Owns product performance and investments to achieve business objectives.
• Leads Customer Success and Go To Market for API Marketplace.

API Marketplace owns developer experience forConsumer & Community Bankingand Partner developers. You will be responsible for partner facing portal that supports partner onboarding, discovery, document management and support as well as the customer success for API Marketplace.

Job responsibilities

• Develops, owns and operates partner facing API platform
• Ensures seamless connectivity for external facing APIs
• Leads the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting, developing new products and methodologies, managing risks, and achieving business targets like cost, features, reusability, and reliability to support growth
• Coaches and mentors the product team on best practices, such as solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind-mapping, prototyping methods, product adoption strategies, and product delivery, enabling them to effectively deliver on objectives
• Owns product performance and is accountable for investing in enhancements to achieve business objectives
• Leads Customer Success and Go To Market for API Marketplace

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications
• Experience developing and owning a self-service platform and partner facing platform
• Experience in developing and executing Go-To-Market strategy for platform products
• Experience in customer onboarding and product adoption with supporting success metrics
• Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics
• Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
• Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Recognized thought leader within a related field
• Prior experience in API development
• Prior experience in open banking, credit cards a plus
• Experience in developing platform products
