Product Director, Nationwide Pet - Remote

We seek a dynamic leader to join us as a Product Director, responsible for driving team performance and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will be a strong people leader managing 4 direct reports and 1 indirect report.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Provide clear direction, mentorship, and support. Inspire and motivate team members to perform their best, addressing areas for improvement with empathy and strategic guidance.
  • Problem Solving and Innovation: Navigate ambiguity, develop innovative solutions, and demonstrate resilience and adaptability.
  • Performance Management: Implement strategies to ensure team alignment with organizational goals and continuous improvement.
  • Communication: Foster open, transparent communication within the team, ensuring engagement and collaboration.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience leading and managing teams with a track record of staff development and mentoring.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle ambiguity confidently.
  • Technical insurance knowledge is preferred.
  • Analytical mindset essential for success in this role.
