As a Product Director in the Chief Data and Analytics Office (CDAO), you will lead innovation through the development of products and features that delight customers. You will leverage your advanced capabilities to challenge traditional approaches, remove barriers to success, and foster a culture of continuous innovation that helps inspire cross-functional teams to create groundbreaking solutions that address customer needs.

The CDAO is seeking an Executive Director in Product Management to lead the Graph team. Your focus will be on driving firmwide platform strategy, data modeling, and user interface development, with an emphasis on large-scale product strategy and ensuring consistent messaging across the team’s portfolio.

Job Responsibilities

1. Oversee the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets.
2. Lead the entire product lifecycle through planning, execution, and future development, continuously adapting and managing risks to support growth.
3. Coach and mentor the product team on best practices, including solution generation, market research, storyboarding, prototyping, and product delivery.
4. Own product performance and invest in enhancements to meet business objectives.
5. Monitor market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and identify opportunities for product differentiation.
6. Lead the development and execution of product strategies for the firmwide platform.
7. Ensure alignment and consistent messaging across the Graph team’s portfolio.
8. Drive the development and optimization of the platform's data model and user interface.
9. Oversee shared services such as notifications and search, ensuring seamless integration.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product strategy with business goals.
11. Utilize expertise in Graph Databases (Neo4j) and data modeling to enhance platform capabilities.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

• 8+ years of experience delivering products, projects, or technology applications.
• Extensive knowledge of the product development lifecycle, technical design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to influence key product lifecycle activities, including discovery, ideation, and value management.
• Experience driving organizational change and managing stakeholders across functions.
• Proven experience in product management at an executive level within a large organization.
• Strong technical expertise in Graph Databases (Neo4j) and data modeling.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and product development skills.
• Ability to manage up and ensure consistent messaging across portfolios.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Solution-oriented problem-solving approach.
