Job summary

Epic Games seeks a Product Management Director for the FamXP roadmap within the Trust, Safety, and Support group. You will own complex cross-product initiatives, set priorities, and drive strategy with engineering, legal, policy, and analytics partners to deliver safe, privacy-conscious experiences for kids and families.

You will define success metrics, communicate with executives, and navigate evolving global regulations to shape the product roadmap.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience, including cross-product initiatives.
• Experience partnering with legal, regulatory, or compliance teams.
• Structured thinker with ability to bring clarity to ambiguity.
• Strong communication skills for executive audiences.
• Quantitative mindset driving product performance visibility.
• User-centric mindset balancing users with business and regulatory needs.

Responsibilities

• Drive FamXP initiatives from strategy through design, build, and launch with engineering, QA, design, legal, policy, and analytics counterparts across Epic product surfaces.
• Define metrics and strengthen instrumentation to ground decisions in data.
• Navigate a fast-evolving regulatory landscape and translate obligations into product deliverables.
• Communicate FamXP strategy to the executive audience.
