Job summary

Kith in Williamsburg, NY, is seeking an Associate to support end-to-end Men’s product development, driving from concept through pre-production. You’ll partner with Design, Production, and global factories to manage timelines, ensure brand standards on quality, cost, and delivery.

The role focuses on trim and sample development, data integrity in PLM, BOMs, tech packs, and maintaining libraries across factories.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of product development experience.
• Men's experience preferred and garment construction knowledge.
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage product lifecycle from sketch through pre-production with cross‑functional teams.
• Attend reviews, capture decisions, review development status, and drive follow‑ups.
• Prepare POs, track MOQs, monitor delivery timelines, and liaise with vendors.
