Job summary

Kith in New York City is seeking an Associate Product Developer to support end-to-end development of men's collections, driving product from concept through pre-production. You will partner with Design, Production and cross-functional teams to manage timelines, coordinate with global factories, and ensure design, quality, cost and delivery standards.

A core focus is managing day-to-day development cycle data, particularly trim and sample development.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of product development experience.
• Men's experience is preferred.
• Solid understanding of garment construction.

Responsibilities

• Support the Men's Product Development Manager by managing the product lifecycle from initial sketch through pre-production samples.
• Attend material, sketch, and tech pass-off reviews to capture key decisions and drive follow-ups.
• Support in launching development trials for new techniques, materials, or constructions.
• Source vendors, request submissions, organize options for review, and assist with trim selection in partnership with Design.
• Build, maintain and organize trim, lining, denim and yarn libraries across factories and shared spaces.
• Prepare POs for trims, track MOQ requirements, monitor delivery timelines, and follow up with vendors for on-time receipt.
• Own the collection adoption process and assist with HTS codes in collaboration with logistics team.
