Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proactive, hands-on approach with good follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update Excel trackers for product information and status.
• Organize product samples and track incoming packages from factories.
• Assist with meeting preparation, including gathering samples and materials.
• Enter and maintain product information in the PLM system.
• Provide daily administrative support to the Product Development team.
• Assist with additional tasks and projects as needed.
