Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Merchandising Assistant to support buying, e-commerce, PO execution, marketing and advertising teams with merchandise samples and order processing.

You will maintain samples, coordinate with vendors, prepare orders, track shipments, and help the merchandising team keep precise records while offering customers great values. This full-time role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in Excel/Outlook, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update webpages as requested.
• Coordinate with advertising/marketing for TV and print media needs.
• Prepare purchase orders and order-entry spreadsheets; liaise with POE/vendor.
• Understand divisional order tracking; follow up with vendors for shipment.
• Coordinate sample management: tag, store, and distribute samples.
• Run shipping reports and ensure timely deliveries; provide admin support to Buying.
