Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, seeks a Project Manager (Product Development) to drive cross-functional initiatives in Finance. You will manage schedules, budgets, and risks while partnering with Product Management, Engineering, Manufacturing and Operations to deliver new product launches and cost improvements.

The role requires 3+ years of PM experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to travel up to 50% to support development across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering, business, operations, or related field.
• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification preferred but not required.
• 3+ years of project management experience in product development, manufacturing or technical environments.
• Strong project management, organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira and standard office software.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Identify risks early and drive mitigation strategies across teams.
• Manage scope changes and align with stakeholders before implementation.
• Prepare and deliver executive updates, dashboards, and decision-ready presentations.
• Lead end-to-end product development projects following Stage-Gate processes.
• Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations to ensure feasibility and readiness.
• Track VE opportunities for cost reduction and quality improvements.
