Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH company, is seeking a Project Manager (Product Development) to lead high-impact cross-functional initiatives in finance-focused product development and cost optimization.

You will partner with Product Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations to drive stage-gate projects from concept through launch, ensuring manufacturability and operability while tracking ROI and business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, operations or related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience in product development, manufacturing or technical environments.
• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification preferred but not required.
• Proven project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Project Execution & Governance: Build and maintain detailed schedules, budgets, and resources; identify risks and drive mitigation; manage scope changes; deliver executive updates.
