Job summary

Atticus LLC is seeking a Manager, Product Development to lead formulation development projects and coordinate with manufacturing, sourcing, and development partners in the US and offshore. The role reports to the Director of Development & Regulatory Alignment and oversees validation, regulatory alignment, and technology transfer.

The position requires strong communication and leadership to drive cross-functional teams through pilot to commercial scale while ensuring quality and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, technical discipline or equivalent focus required.
• Five to ten years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Owns formulation development projects for market segments (US Domestic or with offshore partners).
• Formulation validation and EPA submission prep; ensure regulatory alignment.
• Technology transfer and scale-up with Operations to coordinate pilot production runs.
• Prepare initial Manufacturing Manual and bulk BOM for new products; develop specs and testing procedures.
