Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
Extensive background in product development, software engineering, or technical leadership.
Demonstrated history of supervising or leading engineering teams.
Experience navigating environments that integrate software, firmware, and hardware development.
Deep knowledge of product lifecycles, including testing, troubleshooting, and technical problem‑solving.
Experience performing failure and root cause analysis to resolve complex engineering challenges.
Proven track record of managing competing priorities to ensure projects meet their scheduled delivery dates.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster collaboration across various engineering disciplines.

Compensation & Perks

Annual base pay ranging from $160,000 to $210,000, commensurate with your experience.
Incentive bonuses based on performance, linked to company profitability and project milestones.
