First Quality King of Prussia PA is searching for a Product Development Manager to lead product development efforts for absorbent hygiene products. This role requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering and at least 7 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of medical product development or related industry experience preferred, preferably in absorbent hygiene products.
• Knowledge of hygiene markets, products, competition, consumers, trends, etc.
• Ability to develop and organize multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Leads a cross-functional team to plan and implement product improvements and new product introductions.
• Investigates new technologies applicable to absorbent products.
• Works with Marketing to plan and conduct consumer/market research studies.
