Our client, a leader in high-purity specialty chemicals for the semiconductor industry, is seeking a Product Development Manager to own product strategy, innovation, and profitability across a portfolio of highly engineered products.

This is a high-impact role with visibility across executive leadership, engineering, manufacturing, quality, and commercial teams.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in specialty chemicals, semiconductor chemicals, advanced materials, or related manufacturing environments
• New Product Development (NPD) and Stage-Gate experience
• Strong business acumen with expertise in pricing, costing, forecasting, and profitability
• Experience developing business cases and presenting to senior leadership
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and align technical, operational, and commercial priorities
• Knowledge of semiconductor customer requirements and quality expectations

Preferred

• Semiconductor industry experience
• High-purity chemical manufacturing background
• Product lifecycle ownership and P&L responsibility
• MOC, PCN, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or MBA
