Job summary

Ana Luisa is seeking a Product Development Lead in New York to drive the development of mainline fashion and solid gold jewelry from concept to bulk PO. You will work with vendors, designers, and production teams to ensure quality, ethical sourcing, and timely market readiness.

The role requires hands-on experience with tech packs, costing, and wholesale readiness, plus strong cross-functional collaboration with founders and leadership. A fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product development, ideally with a jewelry focus.
• Strong understanding of jewelry production techniques, materials, and ethical sourcing.
• Hands-on experience building tech packs, costing styles and taking a line through wholesale market.
• Proficiency in product and production systems (PIM/PLM, OMS, EDI) and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD)
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Entrepreneurial mindset — resourceful, ownership-driven in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong communicator and negotiator who collaborates across teams and with external partners.
• Genuine passion for sustainability and ethical fashion.

Responsibilities

• Own product development for mainline fashion and solid gold lines, from sourcing request to wholesale-ready and bulk PO issue.
• Turn sourcing requests into development: complete the tech pack and brief vendors.
• Drive protos, V2s and market samples with cross-functional teams.
• Costing in hand for every style and offer cost-engineered options when needed.
• Ensure line development, costing and sampling ahead of wholesale market and participate in readiness meetings.
• Set up styles in PIM/OMS systems and hand off to Production Lead.
• Manage market and creative samples; build strong vendor relationships with ethical practices.
