Golden Touch is seeking a Product Development Associate in New York to manage the day-to-day sample yardage and development workflow. You will bridge design and costing, ensuring fabrics and samples arrive on time and to standard.

You will supervise two direct reports and contribute to calendar planning, development milestones, and cross-team coordination with overseas partners and the VP. Hybrid schedule with in-office and remote work.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in textiles or fashion or related field.
• 2+ years in apparel product development, materials, or sourcing.
• Experience managing development calendars and milestones.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with overseas partners.
• Proficiency in Excel and PLM; MS Office Suite experience.

Aufgaben

• Own the sample yardage pipeline end to end from request to receipt.
• Maintain the sample yardage chart as the reference for requests and receipts.
• Partner with overseas mills to secure yardage against deadlines.
• Flag yardage constraints early to influence fabric selection.
• Manage the development calendar across designers with a single schedule.
• Issue clear due dates to overseas teams and monitor progress.
• Track samples through make and delivery and confirm completion.
• Capture feedback on sample accuracy and workmanship for recurring issues.
