Job summary

Delta Galil USA, Inc. in Secaucus, NJ, is seeking a Product Development Manager for the Men's Walmart line. You will lead end-to-end development, coordinating with Design, Merchandising, Sales, Sourcing, and overseas factories to drive innovation, cost optimization, and on-time delivery.

The role requires strong Walmart experience and deep apparel development knowledge to manage high-volume programs in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of apparel product development experience.
• Experience supporting Walmart or other mass retailers is required.
• Deep knowledge of apparel development, sourcing, costing, and commercialization.
• Proven experience working with overseas factories and global sourcing teams.
• Ability to manage multiple product categories and high-volume programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product development lifecycle for the Men's Walmart business from concept through commercialization and production handoff.
• Translate customer needs and market trends into commercially viable products.
• Manage calendars, critical path, and on-time milestones.
• Collaborate with sourcing and overseas factories to meet target costs and quality.
• Oversee costing, value engineering, and cost negotiations.
• Evaluate fabrics, trims, construction, and packaging for performance and cost.
• Oversee samples from proto to production.
• Partner with design, quality, and technical teams to ensure compliance.
• Monitor WIP and resolve development risks.
• Lead communication with overseas factories on timelines and approvals.
• Drive speed-to-market, process efficiency, and product innovation.
• Support Walmart line reviews and seasonal launches.
• Mentor Product Development Associates and Coordinators.
