Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Learning Experience Design, Education, Communications, Educational Technology, Organizational Development, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience designing and developing educational products or learning experiences
• Experience managing complex creative projects from concept through implementation
• Experience producing digital learning resources and multimedia content
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product development, instructional design, or learning innovation
• Expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles
• Exceptional product design and systems thinking
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to transform complex concepts into engaging learning experiences
• Proficiency with multimedia production, podcasting, video editing, and digital content creation
• Experience with learning technologies and AI-enabled educational tools
• Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work across disciplines
• Commitment to helping individuals and organizations create enterprise value

Responsibilities

• Transform Enterprise Value frameworks, assessments, research, and strategic initiatives into scalable products
• Design learning experiences, workbooks, facilitator guides, toolkits, implementation resources, digital assets, and educational materials
• Build product ecosystems supporting adoption, implementation, certification, and long-term success
• Continuously improve products through user feedback, research findings, testing, and iterative development
• Ensure products meet quality, innovation, and impact standards
• Design online and blended learning experiences
• Develop interactive modules, micro-learning content, and digital credentialing experiences
• Support and optimize Learning Management System administration
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence
• Produce educational videos, podcasts, interviews, and multimedia learning assets
• Translate Enterprise Value concepts into compelling stories
• Collaborate on marketing and communication assets
• Prototype educational products and learning experiences
• Gather stakeholder feedback and identify product expansion opportunities
• Develop certification, implementation, coach, educator, and partner enablement materials
• Mentor undergraduate and graduate students and supervise interns, graduate assistants, or student employees
• Support special initiatives advancing the Greisch Center's mission
