Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a motivated student to support and own projects within card, lending, or membership services. You will help shape product vision, collaborate across teams, and translate customer needs into engaging digital experiences.

This role emphasizes growth mindset, curiosity, and empathy for diverse users in a fast-paced environment. The position offers exposure to strategic product development, data-driven decision making, and hands-on delivery across our digital product portfolio

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program.
  • Bachelor's degree candidates with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
  • Demonstrated interest in card, lend or membership focused products ( i..e. travel, dining, etc.).
  • Possesses a growth mindset, aims to think beyond the obvious, solve problems and deliver solutions.
  • Ability to display empathy towards a diverse set of users, striving to walk in their shoes.
  • Team player who is naturally curious about how things work, flexible, and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Consistently seeks feedback from a diverse group of colleagues and partners, demonstrating clear actions taken to respond.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills – must have the ability to compile, analyze, research and link complex issues.
  • Willingness to roll your sleeves up and get the job done.
