Job summary

Henkel offers a hands-on internship in the metal packaging sector where you will develop and test new product formulations in our laboratory. You’ll contribute to ongoing projects, learn industry standards, and gain insight into real-world applications and quality testing.

As a current Chemistry undergraduate, you will present data to stakeholders, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build hands-on skills through structured learning opportunities offered by Henkel.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate student (Junior/Senior) pursuing a Chemistry degree.
  • Ability to independently research and develop innovative solutions in a lab environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong ability to communicate scientific ideas clearly, both in writing and verbally.
  • Experience presenting data and findings to internal stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for hands-on experimentation and product development.

Additional information


  • This internship is not eligible for a housing stipend or relocation support.

  • This internship has a duration of January 11th - August 13th

  • Recruitment for our 2027 internships starts in September 2026 and runs through early March 2027 or until all our positions are filled

The salary range for this role is $22-27/hour.This is the rate that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wagesfor this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range andthis range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
