Job summary

goodr is seeking a Product Development Intern for a 9-week program in Los Angeles. This onsite role runs January 19, 2027 to March 19, 2027, with a pay rate of $20/hour and opportunities to learn hands-on with the Product Development team.

The internship welcomes flexible schedules (part-time up to 30 hours/week or full-time 40 hours/week) and does not require a college degree. You’ll collaborate across Design, Quality, and Customer Service to bring wild eyewear ideas to life.

Qualifications

• 9-week commitment with dates Jan 19–Mar 19, 2027.
• Open to part-time (up to 30h/wk) or full-time (40h/wk).
• Onsite in Inglewood, CA; Tuesdays in-office required.
• Must reside in Los Angeles area for duration.
• No college degree or prior experience required; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in Product Development and daily operations.
• Support turning creative ideas into reality and manage sample libraries.
• Assist with tech packs and communicate product requirements to manufacturers.
• Collaborate with Design, Quality, and Customer Service to meet standards.
• Help coordinate development samples and approvals for the library.
