Job summary

Associated Bank invites motivated students to join its 12-week internship program, offering hands-on experience in product management, analytics, market research, and cross-functional collaboration within a banking environment.

Interns will gain exposure to structured programming, develop real-world skills, and have opportunities for professional growth while contributing to strategic initiatives across consumer deposit products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree student with sophomore, junior, or senior standing at the time of internship start date; must not have graduated prior to the internship start date.
• Required Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
• Preferred Ability to translate data into business insights, stories, and opportunities.
• Preferred AI experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured corporate internship programming, including orientation, workshops, networking events, research projects, and professional development activities.
• Support the Consumer & Business Product Management team with project-based work and day-to-day business needs focused on consumer deposit products.
• Analyze data and identify trends, insights, and opportunities that support business objectives and product management initiatives.
• Conduct competitive and market research to support product-related decisions and strategic growth efforts.
• Develop presentations and communicate findings to product managers and cross-functional partners.
• Collaborate with team members and business partners to contribute to goals, deliverables, and project outcomes.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions while building knowledge of banking, financial services, and product management.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines, and complete additional duties as assigned.
