SEEDWAY, LLC is seeking a hands-on professional to support product development trials and warehouse operations across multiple locations in the United States. The role combines fieldwork, inventory management, and equipment operation within a dynamic agricultural environment.

You will organize trials, collect crop data, and coordinate with Product Managers to advance seed products. A strong emphasis on safety, accuracy, and teamwork will drive success in this position.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, agriculture, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic equipment maintenance knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to safety and quality.

Aufgaben

• Assist with organizing, planting, and maintaining small-plot research trials.
• Support harvest activities and help ensure accurate collection of crop data.
• Partner with Product Managers to gather and record trial information that supports product advancement and decision-making.
• Contribute to the success of research programs that help bring improved seed products to the marketplace.
• Manage incoming and outgoing seed inventory with a high level of accuracy.
• Label, organize, and maintain inventory records.
• Pull and stage bulk seed to fulfill work orders.
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance.
• Help ensure tools, machinery, and warehouse equipment remain in excellent working condition.
