Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking a Product Development Engineer in the Media Health team. You will be the key interface between engineering groups to improve test strategies and technologies for HBM devices.

You will work on pre-silicon validation, test program development, data analysis, and root-cause debugging to enhance yield and product quality. The role requires a Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer/Electrical Engineering, experience with Linux, and hands-on bench testing.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Education or experience in Digital circuit design, ASIC testing using scan tools, Python and C programming.
• Custom BIST APG programming for memory testing.
• Experience with Linux operating system.

Responsibilities

• Run simulations pre-silicon with DE to validate test strategies and circuits.
• Assist in pre-silicon checklist items and define tester resources.
• Modify test programs for product requirements to ensure silicon performance.
• Support test program debug, data analysis, and test development.
• Support fabrication sites through test development to improve process feedback.
• Debug root causes using test data and electrical/physical analysis results.
• Supervise yields and investigate root causes when projections aren’t met.
• Provide on-the-job training and act as product-specific point of contact.
