Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking Product Development Engineers to help productize NVIDIA’s GPUs into consumer, professional, and data center markets. You will join the Operations Product Development Engineering GPU Team, tasked with driving architecture designs to market and ensuring high-quality silicon releases.

You will lead DOE-driven investigations, resolve yield bottlenecks, and collaborate across foundries and test teams to deliver fast, reliable silicon solutions with strong data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master's in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of product development engineering or relevant experience.
  • Attention to details, data driven decisions, critical thinking & solution oriented.
  • Experience with digital design, circuit analysis, characterization and qualification.
  • Knowledgeable in ATE test flows, DFT and device physics.
  • Proficient in statistical data analysis using JMP or similar tools.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to define and drive problems to closure independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Drive latest architecture designs to market as part of product engineering.
  • Pioneer modern ATE test methodologies for next-gen GPU circuits and silicon, partnering with feature designers.
  • Identify and resolve yield bottlenecks and analyze test failures at wafer and package levels.
  • Propose DOEs and develop solutions for complex characterization problems.
  • Lead cross-functional efforts with foundry, DFT, test, planning and quality to root-cause issues.
  • Influence next-gen ASIC designs to improve circuit quality and testability, accelerating silicon release.
