Job summary

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting Aptar’s Environmental Sustainability efforts through research and testing of latest materials, such as PCR
• Assisting new product development teams with qualification of new prototype and production tooling
• Participating in brainstorm and creative sessions for new products
• Analyzing new product failures and identifying solutions
• Interacting with and supporting Project Managers with project documentation and team communication
• Completing package testing with new closure developments on existing products in the market
• Developing DOE’s to validate new product designs
• Participating in Aptar’s continuous improvement process using problem solving techniques
