Responsibilities

• Supporting Aptar’s Environmental Sustainability efforts through research and testing of latest materials, such as PCR.
• Assisting new product development teams with qualification of new prototype and production tooling.
• Participating in brainstorm and creative sessions for new products.
• Analyzing new product failures and identifying solutions.
• Interacting with and supporting Project Managers with project documentation and team communication.
• Completing package testing with new closure developments on existing products in the market.
• Developing DOE’s to validate new product designs.
• Participating in Aptar’s continuous improvement process using problem solving techniques.
