  • At least 2 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and virtual meeting environments (Teams, Zoom).

Responsibilities

  • Develop new materials and products in a growth-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with a broad range of technical experts across the company.
  • Laboratory testing and evaluation of raw materials and refractory systems.
  • Establish and maintain development project timelines and status updates.
  • Qualify new or alternate raw materials for existing formulations.
  • Provide technical support and assist with scale-up into manufacturing.
